Happy New Year to all our Followers, Customers, Partners and Associates. Thank you for your support throughout 2018 until the end. 2018 was a great year for Musuku and we look forward to an even greater year of delivering cost-effective quality solutions to all our customers. We wish you a happy and prosperous 2019.
Yesterday, 1st Jan 2019, When many were busy celebrating the new year we were out in a business meeting with our first new clients for this year, Heroic Women, a women – empowerment NGO based in Limpopo. It was was a fruitful meeting, pregnant with amazing opportunities and we look forward to a great partnership ahead.
2019 will be great and busy, the fact that on day one of the year we were already out in meetings is testament to that. But remember that success is deliberate and never accidental. So we are aiming big, big plans; and we have a clear strategy on how to achieve our goals.
Here is our top 5 for 2019:
- Double our annual revenue
- Expand our footprint to all 9 provinces of South Africa
- Expand our footprint to markets outside South Africa
- Enter Corporate and Public Sector markets
- Grow our capacity through strategic partnerships
2019 is the year of ensuring that more than ever we give our customers the biggest bang for their bucks. This is critical because word of mouth plays a critical role in our business and growth. Also we have new offerings in the pipeline to enable us to reach new markets.
In this blog i will continue to share thoughts on different developments in our businesses, challenges, wins and losses. Also i will starts sharing thoughts on some of the books i will be reading throughout the year. Remember a leader is a reader and if you are to be a leader in every space of your life including business you better grab a book, any book for that matter.
I will share more about 2019 from a personal point of view in the next instalment of this blog. It is important that just as we have business goals we also set personal goals around the things we seek to achieve outside of business.
Enough about me, what’s 2019 for you? What will you be doing? what do you want to achieve? Are you planning to start any side gig? Grow an existing one?
For now I have got to work (Some of us have got to work)
